Foresters Financial is seeking an AVP of Internal Audit Operations to enhance audit practices across North America and the UK. Drive compliance, mentor teams, and ensure effective internal controls.This leadership role will report directly to the Chief Internal Auditor. You will oversee the execution of technical audits, manage the audit team, and collaborate in annual planning efforts. Your expertise in risk-based auditing will play a crucial role in shaping the company's audit landscape.Key Responsibilities:Lead operational and compliance audits in key regionsReview and approve audit plans for consistencyConduct IT audits and special projectsDevelop training modules on internal controlsPresent findings to the Board and Audit CommitteeRequirements:At least 10 years in auditing in financial servicesCPA, CIA, or equivalent credential requiredStrong skills in coaching and developmentTechnical proficiency with relevant softwareValid passport for travel within North America and EuropeBring your agile leadership and auditing experience to Foresters Financial to propel our Internal Audit Operations.
