Our success is driven by the knowledge, dedication, and passion of our people—and we invest in their development every step of the way.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager/Project Director, the Senior Project Coordinator assists and supports the Project Manager(s) on various projects and will be responsible for all coordinating duties and assist with the project administrative processes.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.Supervise and mentor junior project coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a team-oriented and supportive team environment.Supervise, mentor, coach, and train other project personnel, when applicable.Ensure the project team adheres to the provided timelines and deliverables.Oversee the maintenance of accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, schedules, and reports. Ensure proper version control and accessibility.Record, track,



and process all construction drawings.Develop project schedules, incorporating milestones, tasks, and dependencies. Monitor project progress, track deviations, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.Assist in preparing the project baseline schedule and updating the schedule throughout the project.Facilitate clear and effective communication between project stakeholders. Provide regular updates to project managers, clients, and team members.Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. Ensure resource availability to meet project milestones.Assist in tracking project expenditures against budgets. Collaborate with project managers to manage project costs and propose cost-saving measures.Assist in reconciling subtrade and supplier's accounts.Assist in preparing budget reports, monthly Project Cost Reports, cash-flow, and progress billings.Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Address client inquiries and concerns while ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to diagnose,



analyze and develop solutions to complex issuesAbility to multitask and prioritize various tasks with conflicting deadlinesAnalytical and strong problem-solving abilityEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to adapt to changing environments and timelinesExcellent time management skillsQualification RequirementsEngineering degree (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or technical college diploma in Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experienceA minimum of 5 years of construction experience or equivalentKnowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), industry practices, estimating/budgeting and schedulingStrong understanding and adherence to safety standardsWELL Accredited is an assetComputer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft ProjectExperience with Primavera P6, Procore, and BIM software knowledge is an assetWorking ConditionsPrimary work location is in the head office or project sitesProject-related travel anticipatedExposure to construction work site environment in all seasonsThis recruitment process does not involve the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to screen, assess, or select applicants. The final compensation offered will be determined considering the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
