Food Server10 month, 3 hrs/daySalary Range: $15.03/hr - $17.93/hr (additional COLA increase pending Board approval)Job Goal:To assist the Food Service Head Cook and Assistant Cook in food preparation, including cooking, serving, and clean-up.Distinguishing Characteristics:Positions assigned to the Food Service Server classification are distinguished from the Assistant Cook by nature of the work performed. Food preparation is typified by tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, smoothies, may cook non-complex foods such as pizza, burgers, corn dogs and burritos. Experience in institutional food service not required.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each requirement satisfactorily. Cut prepared foods and vegetables to appropriate portions. Cook prepared foods such as pizza, corn dogs, burritos, and bagels.Prepare and maintain salad bar.Set up and prepare serving areas,



clean and sanitize kitchen and eating area.
