Chartwell is looking for a Sales Consultant / Retirement Living Consultant to guide prospective residents and their families through a supportive and informative decision-making journey. In this key role, you'll drive occupancy, build strong community relationships, and contribute to a warm and welcoming setting for residents.What You'll DoLead the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion ratesMaintain accurate prospect records in Yardi CRM and use insights to guide sales prioritiesBuild and nurture referral networks and community partnerships to generate leadsRepresent Chartwell at events to increase visibility and drive local engagementCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming resident experiencePartner with Marketing on promotional events and materialsContribute to leadership meetings, strategic planning, and participate in Manager on Duty rotationWhat You'll BringProven sales ability with a consultative approachExperience in a senior living or service-focused environment is an assetExperience using CRM systems (Yardi preferred)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet timelinesCustomer-focused, empathetic, and professional in all interactionsComputer literate, including Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of the local community and surrounding area is a plusValid Driver's License, or reliable means of transportationWhat We OfferA secure,
