Your day-to-day will include:Following all safety policies, GMP requirements, quality standards, and work proceduresOperating and monitoring a cell of PMC machines safely and efficientlyReviewing daily production schedules and ensuring production targets are achievedCompleting production documentation, including cycle time reports, production records, scrap tickets, and packaging reportsMonitoring cycle rates and machine productivity to support production schedulesMaintaining product quality through ongoing machine adjustments, including temperature, pressure, trim, roll, and speed settingsInspecting products and processes to ensure quality standards are metIdentifying, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical issues to minimize downtimePerforming routine preventative maintenance and coordinating repair support when requiredEnsuring accessory equipment remains supplied with product to maintain continuous productionMonitoring packaging materials and production supplies to support uninterrupted operationsProviding guidance to Lift Truck Operators regarding material movement requirementsMaintaining a clean, organized,
