You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.A Day in the LifeAs an Area Manager II at an Amazon fulfillment center, you'll act as a strategic leader overseeing up to 80 associates while driving department level operational improvements. You'll conduct planning sessions with your team, coaching them through operational challenges while developing their leadership capabilities. The package may also include sign-on payments and RSUs.
