We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support our team, specializing in change order processing. This is a process-driven, high-volume administrative role. Day-to-day, you will execute the same core tasks repeatedly and with precision – preparing, submitting, tracking, and documenting change orders – to keep the program running efficiently and in alignment with contractual requirements.Pay rate: $30 per hourLocation: Surrey, BCJob Type: Full TimeResponsibilitiesPrepare, submit, and follow up on a high volume of change order submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely turnaroundMaintain and update change order records continuously, documenting all requests, approvals, and revisions in SalesforceEnsure all change orders comply with contract requirements and internal proceduresCoordinate with internal teams to gather required information, confirm work-scope completion, and identify discrepancies or missing detailsExecute high-volume,



repetitive daily administrative tasks with a consistently high level of precisionPerform other duties as required, requested, or assignedSkills & AbilitiesProfessional and cooperative when working with internal teams and external partnersComfort with repetitive, process-driven work done at high volumeHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reportingStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently over sustained periodsClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking systems is an assetWillingness to learn industry-specific processes, including power line construction and utility operations (training provided)Education, Training & Experience1–3 years of office or administrative experience, ideally in data entry, change order management, or process-driven rolesExperience in the utilities or construction industry is considered an asset
