Adult Education or related ProgressiveSupervisory experience in related and relevant sectorRegistered with the College of Early Childhood Educators and in good standing (when applicable)3 years of supervisory experience in a childcare centreIn-depth knowledge and working experience of how to effectively lead a teamStrong and practical understanding of pedagogical and andragogical practicesand how to apply them in planning and deliveryStrongorganizational, project management, communication, analytical, negotiation,problem solving, publicspeaking, and time management skillsAbility to workflexible hours including evenings and weekendsAcceptableVulnerable Sector Criminal Reference CheckPossession of avalid G Driver's License, a safe driving record and access to independent VehicleWorkModeIn this role, you will benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work model that prioritizes meaningful in person connection.
