It enables investment processes and business activities that contribute to the achievement of BCI's mission and long-term goals. The department creates the digital capabilities that support and enable BCI to innovate, modernize service and product offerings guided by best practices, and drive a digitally empowered workplace through new collaboration and productivity ecosystems. The department is also responsible for providing the foundational infrastructure, systems, business applications, and advanced technologies for the front, middle, and back office.POSITION DESCRIPTIONInvestment Technology and Data and Analytics team within Technology department are looking for 4 individuals to work under supervision to conduct requirements gathering, design and build solutions, and perform analysis across software, automation, data, and analytics on low-to-medium complexity projects. Successful candidates would work on one or more of the following areas:Software Engineering: Software design, creating, testing, and debugging code under the guidance of senior team members, building, maintaining, and deploying applicationsData & Analytics Engineering: Working across data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and platform tools (e.G., Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python), bridging the gap between raw data systems and the dashboards or insights business stakeholders rely onAI Engineering: AI agents and agentic workflows, and interactive applications using tools like Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Genie, and other department specific toolsTHE IDEAL STUDENTHas a keen interest in investment technology, data and AI tools and is a self-starterHas working knowledge of major AI tools like Perplexity, Claude or CopilotDemonstrates they are a team player,
