Take charge as the Lead Hand Arena Maintenanceperson at Sudbury Arena. Ensure outstanding facility maintenance and oversee ice preparation for a variety of events.In this role, you will report to the Assistant Manager of Arenas and leverage your two years of experience in arena operations. You'll perform essential duties including ice maintenance, event conversions, and supervising staff to maintain exceptional service delivery for all arena events.Key Responsibilities:Manage maintenance tasks and repairs as a handymanConduct regular ice maintenance adhering to standardsOversee conversions for shows and entertainment eventsAssemble stages and set-up equipment efficientlyMaintain detailed logs according to operational standardsRequirements:Successful secondary school educationRefrigeration Operator "B" Certificate preferredAt least two years in arena maintenanceExperience as a Lead Hand is essentialValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordLead the efforts in maintaining the Sudbury Arena's top-quality facilities and successful event hosting through your specialized skills and experience.
