A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic Responsibilities Business Requirements and Solution Ownership Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business problem, decision, data, and analytical requirements before defining a solution. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, including business rules, data definitions, transformation logic, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Own assigned BI solutions from requirements and detailed design through development, validation, User Acceptance Testing, deployment support, and continuous improvement.



Challenge unclear or duplicative requirements and identify when an existing solution can be extended rather than creating recent reporting. BI Development and Data Modeling Develop and maintain BI solutions using Power BI or similar tools, SQL, and sound data and semantic modeling practices. Reuse and extend existing reports, governed datasets, semantic models, measures, and common definitions before introducing new report-specific logic where appropriate. Contribute to solution architecture and detailed design in collaboration with senior BI developers and Data Engineering. Document solutions sufficiently to support maintainability, knowledge
