Your versatility, responsiveness, and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of a luxury property.Starting Rate: $32.02 per hour based on experience & certifications, this rate increases on September 1st, 2027.Job DutiesMonitor, operate, and maintain building mechanical, HVAC, and environmental systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performancePerform routine inspections, rounds, and preventive maintenance, identifying deficiencies and recommending improvements to support system reliabilityRespond promptly to guest room, staff housing, and operational work orders, delivering timely solutions with minimal disruption to guest comfortComplete minor repairs across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) and support skilled trades with maintenance, installations, and projectsMaintain accurate records in CMMS (Transcendent), manage inventory levels, and ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces meet safety and operational standardsAdhere to all health, safety, and hotel policies while collaborating with team members, supporting emergency response situations, and delivering professional service aligned with Fairmont standardsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a large commercial building or similar environmentExperience in multiple trades, including painting, plumbing, carpentry,
