including but not limited to:Always work in the best interest of clients and provide recommendations aligned with their financial goals, risk tolerance, and stage of lifeRespond to client communications in a timely and qualified manner, preferably within 24 hoursUse financial planning as the foundation of client advice, balancing current needs and long‐term goals while helping clients protect themselves and their families from financial riskManage client relationships through proactive, ongoing, and regular contact and communicationLead annual, semi-annual, and quarterly client review meetingsSupport Group Retirement Savings (GRS) enrolments and ongoing member serviceCoordinate thoughtful client touchpoints, including delivery of group gifts when requiredMeet with clients virtually, or at the C2 officeComplete insurance applications in accordance with company guidelines and proceduresProvide comprehensive financial planning and client service, including meeting preparation, portfolio changes and reviews, information gathering, implementation of recommendations, account maintenance, and reportingFollow up with investment and insurance carriers to ensure requests and applications are processed quickly and accuratelyIdentify opportunities to improve client service and internal procedures, and assist with reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new processesMonitor clients' investment portfolios and ensure investment recommendations and transactions comply with company and industry requirements and remain appropriate for each client's goals, risk tolerance, age, and stage of lifePrepare Progress and Evolution ReportTM materials and other client meeting documentationMaintain ongoing professional education so investment, insurance,
