Your day-to-day will include:Following all safety policies, GMP requirements, quality standards, and work proceduresOperating and monitoring PMC equipment to ensure safe and efficient productionInspecting products and identifying defects or quality concernsDiagnosing product issues and determining root causesImplementing corrective actions to improve product quality and line performanceTroubleshooting and resolving mechanical equipment issues to minimize downtimeMaking machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality standardsUsing hand tools and production equipment safely and effectivelySupporting production schedules through proactive monitoring and problem-solvingMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping activitiesWorking closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support operational goalsParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives and performing other duties as assignedWhat You'll Need...Strong commitment to safety, attendance, quality,
