As a Lease Operator for our Grande Prairie Fibre Division, you will haul products that are directly related to the strength and diversity of the region.For more information, please go to www.Arrow.CaResponsibilitiesOversee cargo handling and secure loads, including equipment preparation, application of safe practices, compliance with applicable Acts andRegulations.Perform pre and post andenroute trip inspections on equipmentoperated, ensuring safety,roadworthinessand regulatory compliance.Comply withapplicable legislation including protected operation, load securement, driver's hours of service, occupational health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods, and weights and dimensions.Complywithall rules and regulations, protocols andestablishedmetrics.Efficiently maneuver truckand trailer(s)into loading or unloading positions,



following signals from loading crew as needed; check that vehicle position is correct and any special loading equipment is properly positioned.Mayoperateloading equipment as per role requirements.Check mobile equipment (i.E.Frontendloaders) to ensure that mechanical and safety equipment is in good working order.Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles to the relevant supervisor.Report all safety hazards or conditionsencounteredat load, unload,yardand shop sites.Record,Maintainand Check all relevant paperwork (i.E. bill of lading,) and documentation to ensure that it is complete andaccurate.Operate equipment such as truck cab computers, CB radios, and telephones to exchange necessary information with bases, supervisors, or other drivers.Complete electronicand/or manuallogs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable provincial and federal regulations.Communicate effectively and courteously with the public, customers, and co-workers.Assistin loading and unloading of trucks.Perform periodic inspections before, during,
