Billing ClerkFuze HR Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk for a full-time, fully onsite prospect in Paris, Ontario. This role plays a vital part in supporting client-facing teams by ensuring accurate and timely financial administration and billing execution.Position DetailsPosition: Billing ClerkLocation: Paris, Ontario (Fully Onsite)Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.M. to 4:30 p.M.Compensation: $53,000 per yearReports To: Manager, Client ServicesKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly billing by gathering documentation and entering data accurately into the system.Collaborate and follow up with Project Managers to resolve missing or inconsistent billing information and ensure invoice accuracy.Maintain the accuracy of Installation and Decor Purchase Order (PO) requests with clients and manage PO request trackers.Ensure strict adherence to company policies, code of ethics, and continuous improvement initiatives.Comply with all health and safety legislation,
