Position Objective: Win O&M service contracts and support project sales by delivering comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) service solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, maintain, and update the company's O&M service offerings; Acquire and accurately understand client requirements; Review and provide feedback on project RFPs; Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects; Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies; Provide technical input for project cost accounting and allocation; Participate in client interactions to promote the company's O&M services; Support and/or participate in contract negotiations; Recommend O&M service KPIs and plan initiatives to enhance service quality; Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.Job RequirementsRelevant experience in the wind power industry; Proficient and fluent in EnglishStrong ability to perform under pressure; Open-minded, able to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds; Preferred/Additional Qualifications: International experience; educational background in engineering; knowledge in business, finance, or law.
