County of Simcoe seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our long-term care home team. You will provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat residents, and collaborate with the Most Responsible Practitioner to coordinate care.Candidates should have 2–3 years NP experience with a geriatric focus, robust documentation, and the ability to work days/evenings/weekends. Ontario RN-EC registration is required; valid driver's license is an asset.
