Each day, you will oversee guest services and ski valet operations, support and coach team members, assist with guest requests and special needs, coordinate parking and vehicle retrieval, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all guests.Who We're Looking ForYou are outgoing, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment. You are a team player who works well in a collaborative environment while also being comfortable working independently. Previous valet or customer service experience is considered an asset.Essential Job FunctionsGreet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, setting the standard for exceptional guest service.Supervise and support the Guest Services team, ensuring associates provide warm, professional, and efficient service.Oversee ski valet services, including receiving, organizing, storing,
