Joining FGI means being part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of the transportation industry.Our CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE has an exciting opportunity for a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR to join our team!What You Will Do:Track shipments through all major partner carrier websitesCollaborate with our Supply chain team, and suppliersProvide feedback to internal customers and determine one-off freight rates.Provide one-off rate quotes and freight costs to FGI personnelReview, code and approve incoming freight invoices for payablesCollaborate with carriers to find lost products, report damages and create claimsCreate reporting to optimize cost effective shipping methodsAssist with metrics to support branches in optimizing operational efficienciesSend out annual shipping instructions & routing guides and ensure complianceAudit freight bills and customs invoices for accuracyAssist branches with outbound warranty and returns for optimal international serviceTrain, support, and troubleshoot issues for our branches to use our in-house Transportation Management programsAssist and coordinate offshore shipping and container freight with our global freight forwarding partnerAssist staff with creating customs invoices and dangerous goods manifestsOther duties as assignedWhat We Require:3-5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role is preferredPrevious experience with logistical requirements,
