Drive alignment, execution, and on-time delivery of POS initiatives supporting in-store and omnichannel retail experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn large, multi-stream POS programs including store POS applications, peripherals, store networking, and integrations with enterprise systemsCoordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Store Operations, Architecture, Security, and external vendorsDrive program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics for POS initiativesSupport roadmap, release, and backlog planning for POS platforms and store rolloutsManage store rollout readiness, pilot execution, cutover planning,
