We are now expanding to cross‐platform games on PC and consoles, with titles such as Disney Speedstorm and Disney Dreamlight Valley.We take excellent pride in our differences and draw on them to create games just as diverse as we are.Under the supervision of the Game Manager and working closely with the developers, the Lead QA Embedded Tester will conduct comprehensive, hands‐on testing of the game to maintain deep, first‐hand knowledge of the product at all times.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the outsource testing team: delegate tasks, assign workload, and ensure testing efforts remain aligned with what is currently open to testTriage incoming issues from the outsource team, vetting each for quality, accuracy, reproducibility, and scope relevanceOwn the bug database and workflow end‐to‐end, ensuring it always reflects the true state of the productCreate, maintain, and execute test plans and testing strategies in accordance with project goals and milestone targetsMonitor test progress and coverage, flagging risks or gaps to ProductionKeep all department and project documentation current, including test plans, coverage reports, and process docsKeep Game Manager informed of testing status, blockers, and any scope or quality concernsQualificationsExperience managing or coordinating an outsource QA team, including task delegation and workload distributionStrong triage instincts,
