ResponsibilitiesPrepare and follow‑up on invoices for clients including, but not limited to: Group bills, Tours and FIT’s, Air/Rail Crew, LCAH/Ovations/Res PlusEnsure that billings are accurate and prepared on a timely basis.Attend pre‑convention meetings and meet with clients on site for invoice review.Maintain AR and AR‑related files in the Accounting office.Assist Credit Manager in follow up and collection of outstanding accounts.Respond within 8 hours to inquiries of guests and staff and to comply with reasonable special requests.Ensure accurate application of payments to accounts.Ensure correct billing of inter‑company transactions.Open posting masters and follow up with Catering for method of payment.Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures contained in the Finance and Accounting Policy and Procedures Manual, Section 3.Accept a flexible schedule to achieve all major responsibilities and tasks.Work individually and as part of a team in a safe, prudent and organized manner.Perform any other reasonable duty as required by the Credit Manager.Assist the finance leadership team with ad hoc projects and requests.Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service.Ensure a clean and safe working environment,
