The Early Childhood Educator Floater provides individualized care by leading and assisting children in all activities. This position applies the ECEBC Code of Ethics to their practice in areas of teaching and learning, and in the development of guidance strategies. This includes assisting with managing allergies and knowing how to treat themEnsure daily activities meet all licensing requirements and are conducted as per BCITSA policies and procedures.Demonstrate positive child guidance strategies according to the BCITSA Childcare Centre guidance policyCustomize all interactions and activities using inclusive practices and by learning the individual needs of each child.Employ the BC Early Learning Framework and the ECEBC Code of Ethics to support healthy developmentRecognize and address the signs and symptoms of anxiety in children in collaboration with the broader Childcare teamOperational dutiesPromote and support parents/guardians as primary caregiversCover shifts and breaks of Early Childhood Educators in all centersPerform laundering dutiesClean all work areas,
