As part of our success, we need the best and most talented employees in the world.The OpportunityThe emphasis of this job is to manufacture and weld quality auger parts, safely and efficiently, as required. Must have MIG welding experience.The TeamOur large production team consists of welders, general laborers, machine operators, painters, and more. As a welder you will collaborate with your Production Supervisor and peers to produce quality augers for our customers.ResponsibilitiesFabricating and testing custom machinery and tooling to improve production or to facilitate current product releasesAssembling, installing, and testing machines to make sure they are working correctlyAssist with the layout and placement of equipment and machinery in factory settings to ensure minimum downtimeSupporting our maintenance department in identifying and repairing problematic parts of a machine by running tests, making temporary repairs, or installing new partsUsing machinery or equipment, such as forklifts,
