and documentation for Guidewire PolicyCenter initiativesFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technology stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria/use casesSupport PolicyCenter enhancements, integrations, cloud migration readiness, remediation activities, and production support initiativesAnalyze current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, assess impacts, and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectivesWork closely with product owners, development teams, QA, architecture, and business SMEs to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as intendedSupport Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning activitiesAssist QA teams with test scenario review, test case validation, UAT coordination, defect triage, and business sign-off activitiesTrack risks, issues, dependencies, and requirement changes, ensuring timely escalation and clear communication with stakeholdersPrepare explicit documentation, status updates, presentations, and leadership-ready summaries as requiredPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
