You will support the Business Deposits Portfolio Management team by contributing to deposit initiatives aimed at meeting our deposit sales and profitability goals.



Your responsibilities will also include maintaining various deposit trackers and managing our team's schedule, for enhanced organization and efficiency (amongst other tasks). In this role, you will: Support deposit initiatives aimed at enhancing our competitive position, growing the balance sheet, and increasing revenues through data analysis and insights Oversee summary of competitor insights, conducting a weekly market review of available rates for Business Accounts and GICs, and compile these into a comparison sheet for internal use Maintain multiple deposit trackers and support the production of weekly and monthly reports Complete ad-hoc data and report requests as needed Maintain schedule of team activities to ensure smooth operations and promote team building Assist the team in improving processes & procedures for the deposit portfolio Aid in creating presentations and communications for internal partners, management teams, and executives to support strategic decision-making processes (e.G., providing education, guidance, and partner engagement) Foster a customer-focused culture through data analysis and reporting to deepen client relationships and leverage broader
