and project administration activitiesCoordinating communication between engineering, operations, maintenance, and construction teamsMaintaining project documentation and records within SharePoint and other project management systemsTracking project status, capital work orders, and asset‐in‐service activitiesPreparing Franchise Agreement sign‐off packages and coordinating approvalsReviewing water line relocation requests for program eligibility and standards complianceParticipating in project meetings, site visits, and the preparation of meeting recordsSupporting project closeout and project reporting activitiesWhat You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you should:Be currently enrolled in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering at a recognized post‐secondary institutionHave an interest in utility systems, infrastructure projects, or construction managementDemonstrate strong analytical and problem‐solving skillsBe comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsHave excellent organizational and time‐management abilitiesBe able to interpret engineering drawings and construction plansBe proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and WordAssetsExperience with AutoCAD or MicroStationFamiliarity with GIS applications such as ArcGIS or ESRI productsPrevious exposure to engineering project delivery, construction, or utility infrastructure projectsExperience working with technical documentation, drawings, or project recordsIdeal CandidateYou are interested in infrastructure, construction, and project delivery.
