What You'll Get to DoReporting to the Cargo Manager or Base Manager, Cargo Clerks are responsible for providing excellent customer service to Calm Air Cargo customers including providing information to customers regarding shipments, shipping and receiving of freight, cargo administration and maintenance of the inbound cargo area.Responsible for answering the telephone and receiving Customers at the Cargo OfficeProvide customers with information on rates, routing, aircraft limits and acceptance requirements to our customersPrepare all Dangerous Goods cargo as the freight is receivedReceive, tag and complete all paperwork for freight and ensure it is stored according to the type of productComplete morning audit/AD's and forward to the Cargo ManagerComplete month/year-end reportsMaintain the inbound area in warehouse to ensure the freight is being delivered or picked upRespect and maintain the confidentiality of company, customer, and personnel informationOther duties as assignedHours of WorkShift work is required: applicants must be available to work mornings,
