You'll bring your energy and commitment to retail sales every day, working closely with store managers to ensure our infant formula brands are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and top of mind for consumers.This role covers the greater Vancouver Territory, a key market for our business. This is a full time, 1 year contract position, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during regular daytime retail business hours.RESPONSIBILITIESSome of the day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not limited to, are listed below.Complete call reports and on-going training requirements in a timely mannerWork with store managers to fix out-of-stock issuesReview store level data to help build sales case for store managerMerchandise and stock shelvesNegotiate incremental product orders, displays and product placement with store managerUnderstand KPI Targets and work to achieve those targets in every callCommunicate regularly with Acosta Field ManagerQUALIFICATIONSThis role requires an organized and energetic individual who can learn quickly and demonstrate the following skills and requirements:Proven ability to develop positive & productive working relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWork with many stakeholders and take direction wellOwnership & accountability of your retail territoryAccess to a vehicle (driving to multiple stores each day)Ability to work Monday to Friday (During retail daytime hours)Required Experience:Minimum 1-3 years' experience as Field Sales Representative for Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) companyExperience working with mobile devices for reporting purposes (using a tablet)Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to maximize sales opportunitiesAbility to create productive long-lasting relationships with department/store managersSelf-motivated and driven to achieve KPI targetsAbility to lift 25 lbs. or moreABOUT USAcosta Group is a collective uniting the most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies—Acosta, ActionLink, CORE Foodservice, CROSSMARK, Mosaic, Premium Retail Services, and Product Connections.
