Youll collaborate with experienced technical and business partners while expanding your expertise across AI engineering, integrations, knowledge retrieval, and enterprise architecture.Your ResponsibilitiesYoull design and configure conversational AI experiences using ServiceNow and MoveworksYoull build integrations with enterprise platforms using REST APIs, web services, OAuth, SSO, and modern integration patternsYoull configure and optimize prompts, workflows, context management, retrieval mechanisms, and knowledge groundingYoull develop workflow automations using ServiceNow Flow Designer and related automation technologiesYoull partner with stakeholders to test, deploy, troubleshoot,



and continuously improve AI-powered employee experiencesYoull contribute reusable documentation, technical standards, templates, and implementation best practicesSkills and Qualifications5+ years of experience in conversational AI, AI engineering, platform engineering, ServiceNow engineering, software engineering, or a related technical roleExperience building conversational AI, virtual agents, chatbots, copilots, or AI-powered employee experiencesStrong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG, vector or semantic search, and AI application designExperience with ServiceNow architecture and ideally Moveworks configuration or implementationExperience with JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languagesStrong knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, identity management, security, OAuth, and SSOExperience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, or similar technologies is an assetWe appreciate the time and effort all applicants invest in their submissions.
