As a Branch Representative, you will be responsible for managing internal relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, processing orders and quotations, and promoting company products to generate increased sales.



You will also work closely with the inside/outside sales teams, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy. What You Will Accomplish With Us Provide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment; Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests; Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner; Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers; Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction; Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers
