The work we do behind the scenes supports designers and product developers to accomplish go‐to‐market deliverables. You will be part of a focused team—pattern makers, product developers, designers, and a cut‐and‐sew team that works on creating innovative product. Our team builds solid relationships with cross‐functional partners to realize ideas into commercialized successes.Core ResponsibilitiesProviding leadership to pattern makers and leads, while building, coaching a high performing team of technical Pattern Makers, and owning the day‐to‐day leadership of the teamEnsuring the pattern team interprets design intent, creates prototype, sample and graded production patterns, ensuring that methods and documentation are consistent with known factory methods and processesManaging workload within the pattern‐making team to ensure development and production deadlines are metMaintaining regular communication with sample line and design team to ensure consistent methods for new technical construction are well communicatedWorking with design to identify Maker Phase needs for concepting and block developmentWorking with design to establish standard fit by product category/end‐use and ensure product size/fit consistency,
