Our mission is to provide high‑quality, cutting‑edge, educational, therapeutic, and recreational programs for infants, children and teens with special needs, and to assist their families by offering support and respite.Hydrotherapy Occupational TherapistWe are currently seeking a passionate, creative, and collaborative Occupational Therapist to provide hydrotherapy services within our Aquatics Facility. Our aquatic program supports both school and community clients through therapeutic and recreational programming.This position offers a unique opportunity to combine pediatric occupational therapy with aquatic intervention in a warm, collaborative, and highly specialized workplace. Therapists have the opportunity to develop innovative treatment approaches using the therapeutic properties of water to support regulation, motor development, strength, mobility, confidence, communication, and participation in meaningful activities.Our aquatic facility serves children with a wide range of physical, developmental, sensory, and neurological needs and provides opportunities for both individual and small‑group intervention. This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who is interested in expanding their clinical skills in hydrotherapy and aquatic rehabilitation. Previous aquatic experience is considered an asset, but mentorship and support are available for therapists looking to grow in this area of practice.As a growing organization and department,
