we want to hear from you.What You Will Be DoingLead and/or review the work of Junior and Senior Accountants through delegation, training, oversight, and mentoringLead client engagements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to best practicesManage financial processes, including reconcilations, month‐end close, and reportingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operationsSupport the integration and optimization of financial systems and technology to improve client servicesPrepare interim and year‐end financial statements, along with other relevant reports to clients and their stakeholdersDevelop budgets, projections, cash‐flow forecasts, project budgets, and other data analysis as requiredLead the annual audit process with external auditors, including all audit coordination on behalf of the client and preparation of documents supporting annual financial statementsPerform detailed account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies,
