Saskatchewan Blue Cross is pleased to offer flexible work options which include an opportunity to work full-time in office or participate in a hybrid work arrangement from our Saskatoon office.JOB FUNCTIONReporting to the Manager, People Operations & Facilities, the Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and employee departures. As a member of the People & Culture team, this role supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of human resources programs and services that align with organizational priorities.
