The Line Cook Supervisor works within the Food & Beverage department and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. This position works alongside and provides leadership and direction to Line Cooks and other Back of House employees while helping ensure food quality, consistency, safety, sanitation, and service standards are maintained.
