Reporting to the Marketing/Proposal Manager, the Marketing Coordinator helps lead and support a wide variety marketing efforts across Magil Construction. This position will assist in the development and delivery of the overall marketing efforts of Magil Construction and will support our work in respect to our brand, social media, events, website content, communications, and internal customer service.Responsibilities:Coordinate and assist in the preparation of RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for public and private construction projectsResearch potential project opportunities and assess alignment with company capabilities and strategic goalsDevelop, edit, format, and maintain proposal documents and templates using Adobe InDesign and other relevant toolsCollaborate with estimating, project management, and business development teams to gather accurate, compelling proposal informationMaintain and update a centralized library of resumes, project sheets, and proposal content for future useSupport the planning and execution of marketing, networking, and industry events to enhance company visibility and relationshipsManage and update company website content, ensuring alignment with current offerings and brand standardsCreate engaging social media content across multiple platforms to strengthen online presence and audience engagement Coordinate and execute client events, including planning, logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-upDesign and produce marketing brochures, presentations, and other promotional materialsOversee office administration tasks, including supplies, scheduling, vendor coordination, and general office maintenanceCapture and edit photos and videos to support branding, proposals,
