To succeed, you must enjoy thinking in systems and possess some combination, but not all, of DevOps, data engineering, or ML/data science work experience at scale. Most engineering roles at 8090 are customer‐facing, and you must have the soft skills to design and articulate well‐engineered solutions to ambiguous problems.ResponsibilitiesYou will build customer solutions with Software Factory and help develop parts of our Software Factory itself. Our software engineers are responsible for the complete lifecycle of the software they create, including development, testing, operation, maintenance, and support. As a member of our technical staff, you must constantly challenge yourself on which software paradigms are evolving with advances in AI and how you can best leverage AI tools to improve your own practices and the team's productivity.
