**The Chance** A Health Care Aide (HCA) works as a member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care, to meet individual needs within the level of knowledge, skill sets & competency. The HCA, under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, applies this knowledge and these skills to provide a wide variety of safe and thorough basic care and services to residents. **What You Will Do*** Bath, shower, and wash residents according to the NCP to promote resident personal comfort and well-being according to strict water temperature control procedures.*
