Tickets received to be actioned will consist of requests to install basic software and to move various types of hardware. Client Support Clerks will also respond to requests for client password resets.AccountabilitiesPerform password resets and update NTT DATA's service request system accordinglyUpdate the status of the IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds and Changes) Services through to completion within NTT DATA's service request systemUpdate Schedule Planner with unplanned absences, OT shifts and other data entry within the systemInstall Standard Products or sub-components of Standard ProductsUnpack and set up hardware components and connect to the power receptacle and to the LAN jack within the Client User's office or workspace and test the deviceMove and prepare for disposal,



according to Client direction all packing materials and other associated trash to the mutually agreed designated location within the facilityMonitor the Capacity Management mailboxQualificationsHigh School Diploma and one year of customer service experience, education and /or trainingExperience with Data Entry and Typing skillsExcellent Communication Skills with English Language proficiencyBasic Computer Skills in Microsoft Office environmentFinancial ResponsibilityNo financial responsibility.Direct SupervisionNo direct supervision.Project/Team Leadership or TrainingNo team leader/training responsibilities.Please note, as per the CBA and Human Rights Code of BC, this posted position may be used for accommodation of union members based on medical or human rights grounds without previous notice.
