Join a global leader where innovation meetssustainability—and where our people are the foundation of everythingwe do.We are immediately hiring a Commercial Architectural SalesRepresentative to support Vancouver andAlberta, with a preferred home base in Vancouver, BC.In this role, you'll work with architects, designers and contractorsto secure specifications of ARDEX products, and partnering withinternal teams to ensure successful project delivery.This is a field-based position requiring daily territory travel withoccasional overnight stays. Applicants must be legally permitted towork in Canada, and able to undertake occasional travel to the United States.What You Will DoBuild Relationships & Influence SpecificationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with architects,designers, engineers, and consultantsDeliver compelling product presentations, CEUs, and lunch &learns to drive specification opportunitiesSecure specifications across key segments including healthcare,hospitality, commercial, and retailRepresent ARDEX at industry events and tradeshows to build brand presenceSupport Project Execution in the FieldPartner with contractors, subcontractors, and installers to ensureproduct acceptance and proper applicationProvide technical guidance, job start support, and on-siteassistance as neededSupport quoting and bidding with clear, accurate communicationCollaborate closely with Technical Services, Sales,



and Logisticsteams to ensure seamless executionManage Projects & PipelineTrack and manage project activity using A4C and other toolsOversee projects from design through installation, maintainingaccurate and current recordsIdentify and mitigate risks that could impact specification retentionMaintain strong follow-up to keep projects moving forwardParticipate in internal project reviews to align priorities and timelinesDrive Business GrowthIdentify new opportunities and expand market presence within the territoryMonitor competitor activity and share market insightsProvide customer feedback to support product positioning and innovationSupport Global Projects Services (GPS) and architecturalinitiatives as appropriateWork cross-functionally with Sales, Architectural, Technical,Marketing, and other internal teamsProvide consistent updates and reports to leadershipParticipate in ARDEX training and development programsExperience and Skills:What You Will Bring to ARDEXMinimum 5 years of experience in sales, construction, orarchitectural specificationExperience with flooring or tile installation systemsStrong presentation, relationship-building,



and communication skillsTechnical aptitude and comfort supporting products in both officeand field environmentsSolid understanding of construction processes and architectural specificationsHighly organized with strong follow-up and time management skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-orientedHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project tracking toolsA strong alignment to ARDEX Values: Fuel Passion, DriveInnovation, Embody Integrity, Embrace Responsibility, Build BelongingRequirementsCollege degree preferred, or high school diploma with relevant experienceAbility to lift up to 70 lbs (with carrying up to 55 lbs)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to travel regularly within the territory, includingoccasional overnight travelAbility to travel occasionally to the United StatesLegally permitted to work in CanadaWe're proud to offer a robust benefits package designed to supportthe health, well-being, and future of our employees.
