Specific duties include, but are not limited to,



the following:Perform all duties assigned by the Site Superintendent or Assistant Site SuperintendentLoading and unloading construction materials and moving materials to work areasInstalling and removing concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks and barricades at construction sitesHelp equipment operator, carpenter, and others when necessarySignaling equipment operator to guide them in moving equipmentRemoving rubble and other debris at construction sites using brooms, rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipmentDirecting traffic at or near construction sitesAdhere to relevant safety regulationsAny other duties as reasonably assignedWork outsideQualifications / Requirements:2+ years of labourer experience or similar roleValid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportationPossess general understanding of construction procedures, equipment and WorkSafe guidelinesHave good physical conditioning and staminaTicketed on skid steer, rough terrain forklift, boom lifts, and/or excavator would be an assetBasic carpentry and/or experience with tools would be an assetHighly motivated to learn in general but specifically about buildings, development and constructionCommunicate openly and ethically with a positive attitudeThrive working in a fast-paced environmentBe a team player, be self-motivated and efficientCompensation Package:Hourly Salary: $31.25 per hourAnnual Bonus: Highstreet pays an annual bonus based on company performance. A typical bonus for a Site Dynamo is approximately 14% of annual salary. Determined annually, the bonus could be more or less, depending on performance results.Additional requirements:Satisfactory criminal and credit check.Employees are required to have a smartphone and be willing to download certain apps for timekeeping etc. and will receive monthly compensation.
