We are seeking experienced EIFS Technicians who take pride in their workmanship, understand full system installation, and bring a strong commitment to quality and safety on every project.What You'll Do:As an EIFS Technician, you will perform full system installation and finishing while contributing to efficient, high-quality project delivery.Key responsibilities include:Full EIFS System InstallationComplete substrate preparation and system setupMeasure, cut, and install insulation boardsInstall weather barriers, flashings, and system componentsExecute basecoat, mesh embedding, and finish applicationsInstallation of decorative trims and architectural mouldingsFinishing & DetailingEnsure walls are level, straight, and properly aligned (rasping and shaping)Complete corners, angles, control joints, and decorative featuresApply high-quality finish coats using proper troweling techniquesPerform touch-ups, painting,



and final detailing as requiredSite Leadership & EfficiencyWork independently or lead small tasks within a crewMaintain production pace while upholding workmanship standardsAssist with material coordination and site organizationAssist with erecting and dismantling scaffoldingSupport apprentices and labourers as neededTools, Equipment & SafetySafely operate scaffolding, lifts, and hand/power toolsMaintain tools and ensure proper jobsite setupFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWork safely at heights up to 70 ft. with required PPEWhat We're Looking For:3–5 years of EIFS/Synthetic Stucco experience (required)Proven ability to complete full EIFS system installations independentlyValid driver's licence with reliable transportationStrong understanding of weatherproofing, flashing, and finish systemsComfortable working at heights (scaffolding or lifts up to 70 ft.)Robust work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and contribute to a team environmentWHMIS, Fall Protection, and MEWP certifications considered an assetWork Environment:Working outdoors in varying weather conditionsLifting materials up to 70 lbsFrequent standing, kneeling, and repetitive movementsWorking at heights using scaffolding and liftsWhy Join Us?At Arsenault Bros.
