As an Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. As a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, you will encourage our partner’s staff through your forward‑thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple.

Through your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi‑branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.

In this part‑time position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The specific schedule is Thursday and Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.


• Sell directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.


• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.


• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.


• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.


• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apples standards.






• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and elevate issues for timely and effective resolution.


• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience


• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives


• Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others


• Outstanding customer focus


• Excellent communication skillsAbility to educate and inspire others


• Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale

Preferred Qualifications

• High level of integrity, trust, and accountability


• Strong self motivation and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment


• Effective time management including ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks


• Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable


• Background in direct sales or solution‑based selling is a plus

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $49,700 and $67,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
