DescriptionReporting to the Category Manager, Indirect Global Procurement & Supply Management, the Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for Category Strategy, Strategic Sourcing, Critical Supplier Management and Stakeholder Management for Corporate Services. The candidate will develop long-term strategies aligned with key business stakeholders. The individual will also be accountable for managing and enhancing existing high-profile managed services programs, in liaison with the designated MSP partners. By joining our Global Procurement & Supply Management team, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting activities not only from a sourcing and program management standpoint, but also in terms of process development and improvement.Key responsibilitiesProvide strategic direction, leadership and support related to category management & strategic sourcing to achieve corporate business objectivesDevelopment, presentation, and maintenance of relevant, subcategory strategiesTranslation of subcategory plans into a rolling 12-month pipeline of strategic sourcing projects to be maintained and prioritized in Azure DevOps, the Indirect Procurement project tracking toolExecution of sourcing projects in compliance with established strategic sourcing frameworkPerformance of business reviews with strategic suppliers based on an established cadenceDevelopment, maintenance, and expansion of strategic relationships and alliances with key stakeholdersPromotion of GPSM value proposition through the identification of team-oriented opportunities across various business unitsContract negotiations with new and/or existing suppliers,



in liaison with legal and the relevant stakeholders, to accomplish lowest total cost of ownership (TCO), savings objectives and balanced risk managementIdentification of and participation in process development and improvement initiatives focused on adoption of agile, pragmatic and fast-track principlesMinimum QualificationsUniversity degree, ideally in Supply-Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering and/or recognized industry accreditation (ISM CPSM, CIPS, SCMP, etc.)5-7 years of relevant experienceExperience with RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)Proficient use of digital tools such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Oracle ERP/P2P, SAP and AribaPreferred QualificationsBilingualism (French and English)Strong negotiation skills and demonstrable business acumenResults oriented and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentEffective time management and personal organizational skillsExcellent and authoritative communication and presentation skillsSelf-directed, able to work independently,
