The associate will also engage with regulatory proceedings and broader public law litigation, including constitutional, administrative, and municipal law matters.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute legal and litigation strategyConduct legal research and draft correspondence, affidavits, pleadings, and applicationsDraft legislation for Indigenous governments and coordinate implementation of agreementsInterview witnesses, prepare evidence, and prepare for discoveryAppear before courts and tribunals, including arguing applications and oral submissionsFacilitate community sessions on law-making,
