Partnering closely with Marketing, Demand Planning, and Product Development, the Assortment Manageranalyzestheproductassortment performancetoidentifykey SKUs to grow year over yearand drive customer adoption.This is a temporary, full-time position working Monday through Friday in either a hybrid capacity from our workshop in Canmore, Alberta, or fully remote (Alberta-based candidates preferred). The target start date for this role is May 2026.What you'll be doingManage the 300+ skus, defining opportunities for growth and discontinuationsDesign and implement long term strategies for core assortment to drive long term growthAnalyze product mix, cannibalization,
