Moreover, we have become the largest employer of Alexis band members, the largest independent source of income in the community.Dispatcher – Security OperationsLocation: Nisku, ABPay: $21.12 per hourHours: 28–40 hours per weekSchedule: 4-week rotating schedule | Days, nights & weekendsJob Type: Full-timeJoin Our Security Operations TeamWe are looking for a reliable, organized, and quick-thinking Dispatcher to join our security operations team in Nisku.As a Dispatcher, you will play an important role in keeping our security operations running smoothly. You will be the central communication point between our clients, security personnel, and operations team—coordinating schedules, responding to requests, monitoring systems, and helping resolve issues as they arise.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, using technology, and managing multiple priorities at once.If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in being organized and dependable,



we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoCoordinate daily security operations and ensure staffing coverage is maintained.Review and verify schedules to identify coverage gaps or potential issues.Communicate with security guards in the field and provide timely operational support.Receive client requests and arrange appropriate security coverage.Prepare and distribute accurate weekly schedules to security personnel.Respond to and dispatch emergency alarm calls.Monitor attendance and absenteeism and elevate recurring concerns when required.Monitor access control, CCTV, and other operational systems.Manage employee accommodation bookings while keeping scheduling and costs in mind.Maintain and update schedules using scheduling software.Ensure scheduling practices align with applicable Hours of Work requirements.Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, guards, and internal teams.Troubleshoot operational issues and provide practical solutions.Track and manage company equipment and assets assigned to employees.Maintain accurate records, reports, schedules, and system updates.Use a variety of company software and technology to support daily operations.Assist with additional operational duties as required.What You Bring2–3 years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, security operations, logistics,
