The successful candidate will be a Property Claims Supervisor and will be working on a hybrid work setup in Edmonton, Alberta with occasional travel to other branches. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring effective service delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.ResponsibilitiesReview and approve professional's diary worksheets, reports, work flow, and production.Provide technical instruction and supervision as required.Monitor time & expenses recording.Maintain up-to-date information on client expectations and Crawford standards.Measure performance against standard.Measure account compliance.Mentor and coach employees.Identify training requirements.Provide orientation and on the job training.Assist with customer relations programs.Follow-up on all client complaints.Complete sales calls as directed.Client,
